To request a quote:

  • Browse removal companies in your area
  • Click on a company profile to view details
  • Click "Request Quote" button
  • Fill in your moving details (date, location, items)
  • Submit your request
  • The company will respond with a quote within 24-48 hours
Can I message companies directly?

Yes! Once you've requested a quote or received a reply, you can message the company directly through your dashboard. All messages are stored in your Messages tab for easy reference.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes, we take your privacy very seriously. Your personal information is:

  • Encrypted and securely stored
  • Only shared with companies you request quotes from
  • Never sold to third parties
  • Protected by industry-standard security measures

How do I register my removal company?

To register your company:

  • Click "Register as Company" on the login page
  • Fill in your company details (name, address, phone)
  • Add your services and coverage areas
  • Create a secure password
  • Verify your email address
  • Your profile will be live immediately
What is a Premium Membership?

Premium Membership gives your company access to advanced features:

  • Direct Messaging: Chat with customers in real-time
  • Analytics: Track quote requests and responses
  • Reports: Generate detailed performance reports
  • Priority Listing: Featured placement in search results
  • Customer Reviews: Display and manage customer reviews

How do I respond to quote requests?

When you receive a quote request:

  • Log in to your company dashboard
  • Go to the "Quotes" tab
  • View the customer's moving details
  • Click "Reply" to send your quote and message
  • Include your price and any relevant details
  • The customer will receive your reply via email
Can I upload company images and logo?

Yes! In your dashboard, go to "Logo & Images" to:

  • Upload your company logo
  • Add up to 3 pictures of your trucks, staff, or facilities
  • These images appear on your company profile
  • High-quality images help attract more customers

Images must be JPG, PNG, or GIF format and under 5MB.

How do I manage customer messages?

With Premium Membership, you can:

  • Access the Messages tab in your dashboard
  • View all conversations with customers
  • Send direct messages to customers
  • Keep all communication in one place
  • Respond quickly to inquiries

This helps you provide excellent customer service and close more deals.

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password:

  • Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page
  • Enter your email address
  • Check your email for a password reset link
  • Click the link and create a new password
  • Log in with your new password
How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please:

  • Log in to your dashboard
  • Go to Account Settings
  • Click "Delete Account"
  • Confirm your decision

Your data will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
